1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a ticket to Eve Down Under ("the Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the sale of tickets and attendance at the Event.

2. Ticket Sales

  • All ticket prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • Ticket sales are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full payment card information.
  • Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • The purchase of a ticket is final. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or inability to attend.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund in the event of a major failure, such as the cancellation of the Event. If the Event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date.

Any booking fees or processing charges are non-refundable.

4. Event Conduct and Entry

  • You must present a valid ticket for entry to the Event.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who is disorderly, intoxicated, or engaging in disruptive behavior.
  • You must comply with all directions from Event staff and venue security.
